What fitness classes do you offer?

Well & Simple’s fitness classes are designed to be done anywhere by anyone. To that end, they all require no or minimal equipment (just a mat) and are suitable for all fitness levels. Additionally, these classes also cater to participants who spend large amounts of time seated at a desk or commuting. Most are offered in 30 or 60 minute formats. Classes include:

  • Barreless Barre

  • Barre Fight
  • Core Conditioning
  • Glute Camp
