Employee wellness programs don’t work.
That’s what a lot of folks like to say. But that’s a generalization that really misses the point. What does’t work is the APPROACH to employee wellness. It’s not that all programs are defective.
- Diets don’t work.
- Weight loss challenges don’t work.
- Fitness contests don’t work.
- One-off webinars don’t work.
You need programming that is designed to meet your employees where they are at and offer solutions given the current situations. The workforce is more pressed than ever at all levels. Offering a diet plan to follow or a Fit Bit to win isn’t going to help your employees in our current climate.
Well & Simple offers a different approach, an approach that is needed by your employees right now. It addresses the causes not the symptoms. It takes into account your workplace, your employee needs, your goals.
From helping your employees understand their eating habits and offering an evidence-backed approach to building new habits in lasting ways to helping them see how stress, sleep, and health are interconnected to giving them practical tips for making their health goals reality in light of their circumstances – that is what Well & Simple’s programming is designed to do.
If you would like to learn more, let’s schedule a time to talk about your workforce’s needs.

Nutrition Coaching that Works
Most nutrition programs focus on what people are eating, but that is a symptom-focused approach rather than a cause-focused approach. If you only address the symptoms, that root cause is still there and those new eating habits won’t stick. We’re also living in a new reality where asking folks to overhaul their eating habits overnight is asking too much on a good day.
Well & Simple’s nutrition coaching helps participants get to the roots of their eating habits and make simple, practical changes that add up to lasting habit change. This approach diminishes stress and guilt associated with food and creates better, lasting outcomes for health and well-being.
There are a couple different options for bringing nutrition coaching to your employees:
- Book time blocks with Well & Simple to provide 1:1 nutrition coaching to individual employees
- Book small group coaching programs
What fitness classes do you offer?
Well & Simple’s fitness classes are designed to be done anywhere by anyone. To that end, they all require no or minimal equipment (just a mat) and are suitable for all fitness levels. Additionally, these classes also cater to participants who spend large amounts of time seated at a desk or commuting. Most are offered in 30 or 60 minute formats. Classes include:
- Barreless Barre
- Mixed Mat
- Cardio Mat
- Barre Burn
- Barre Fight
- Core Conditioning
- Glute Camp
- Movement and Meditation
Well & Simple is proud to offer a different approach to employee wellness programs, focusing on simple, practical, sustainable skills and habits that work within the scheme of our busy, stressful lives. Your employees will leave each session with simple yet effective actions they can start doing right away to improve their health.
Fitness challenges and wellness fairs come up short when it comes to assisting employees in the long-term. And weight loss challenges have been shown to have a negative impact on employees well-being. Well & Simple’s programs offer evidence-based, practical solutions for real-life wellness issues. From stress management to healthy eating to balance to sleep – there is an offering for your employee needs.
These webinars and workshops are all able to be tailored to provide the greatest impact based on your workplace. New topics are being added regularly and we can design a custom webinar just for you as well.
