The Well & Simple Difference
Well & Simple’s nutrition coaching helps clients let go of the diet mindset, put themselves back in the drivers’ seat of their eating habits, and find the balance that works best for them. Well & Simple is not a diet plan, it’s not a cleanse program, or a weight loss challenge like many other nutrition programs. In fact, my goal in nutrition coaching is for my clients to ditch those types of programs once and for all. I’ve done the diet cycle many times over in my past and I’ve experienced firsthand how toxic, unhealthy, and frustrating it is. Health is not about the number on the scale or the size of your clothes – it’s about learning how to eat in ways that both nourish your body and leave you feeling happy and satisfied.
