Well & Simple is not a diet plan, it’s not a cleanse program, or a weight loss challenge. In fact, my goal is for my clients to ditch those types of programs once and for all. I’ve done the diet cycle many times over in my past and I’ve experienced firsthand how toxic, unhealthy, and frustrating it is. So I designed Well & Simple’s programs to help clients let go of that diet mindset and the habits that come with it and find the balance that works best for you. It’s not about the number on the scale or the size of your clothes – it’s about learning how to eat in ways that both nourish your body and leave you feeling happy and satisfied.
