Recognizing that life is crazy, Well & Simple offers comprehensive virtual health and nutrition coaching as an alternative to our in-person coaching.

Our virtual health and nutrition coaching services include:

  • bi-weekly virtual coaching sessions via video conferencing
  • access to a full-service online client platform and mobile app that includes easy-to-use food and mood journals, notes, messaging, forms, and more
  • access to meal planning assistance and selections from over 3000 healthy recipes
  • check-ins and access to coach in between sessions
  • additional resources and referrals as appropriate

After every session, you will receive a session recap along with any additional materials you need to work on your goals. You will also receive a check-in via email in between your sessions to see how things are going and what, if any, additional support your coach can offer.
