The Summer Session Group Nutrition Program runs from June 30th to September 8th.

Well & Simple’s latest group nutrition program is designed to help you take control of your eating habits so you can stop stressing and enjoy your summer. Combining group accountability and support with nutritional coaching, this program will help you take control of your eating habits in a whole new way. The group is structured to allow for group coaching as well as for participants to work on their own personal goals.

We start on June 30th at 7 PM on Zoom.

Join today or pay monthly.

This group nutrition program meets bi-weekly online, giving you time to work on your goals and incorporate strategies from our group coaching sessions without drawing a lot of time from your summer plans. Participants will also receive an invite to Well & Simple’s clients-only Facebook group where you can gain access to additional resources and support.
