The holidays can be hard on our health. We’re running here and there, shopping, cooking, cleaning, going to parties, our coworkers are bringing baked goods to work, our kids have concerts and plays – it can be really hard to have the energy to do all the things that need doing and also keep your diet on track.

In this 4-week program, we will focus on nourishing our bodies while also being coached through techniques to balance our lives during this busy time. Participants will receive the support they need to keep their eating habits on track and will experience the benefits that come with properly nourishing your body with nutrients.

Participants will receive:

  • Weekly individual coaching calls
  • Weekly in-person group coaching workshops covering topics such as stress management and strategies for keeping on track with healthful eating habits

Your total program cost: $195 (over $500 value).

This program starts on November 27th and runs until December 22nd. Register by November 17th to secure your spot. A kickoff call to answer all of your questions and prepare you for the program will be held on Monday, November 20th. 

Group workshops will be held every Thursday at 7 pm at Center Wellness, 1321 Main St. (2nd Floor) in Wakefield. Each week, these sessions will cover a different topic to support you in staying on track for the holiday season.

Your weekly individual coaching calls are booked in advance at mutually available times. Ideally, these can occur at the same time each week.

Why dietary supplements?

In order to function at our best, our bodies need all of their nutrient needs met. The fact is, the vast majority of us are not getting the nutrition our bodies require. We’re busy so we don’t always eat right, our produce isn’t as nutritious as it once was, some of us have trouble absorbing certain vitamins – there are a number of reasons why we have nutritional gaps. By consuming high-quality dietary supplements regularly, we can fill in those nutritional gaps and have more energy, more stable moods, better immune systems, and more.

How will the individual coaching calls work?

The individual coaching calls are held over the phone in order to make it easier to fit them into your schedule. These sessions will be exactly like basic individual health coaching sessions – from a whole health perspective, we will discuss your challenges and tactics for overcoming them, what is working and what isn’t working, etc. Coaching calls will last 45 minutes each.

Will I still be able to have fun?

Yes! Balance is the cornerstone of my health coaching practice because straight-up rules and deprivation aren’t practical or sustainable. Through this program you’ll be guided on how to eat and care for yourself while also learning how to enjoy the treats the holidays offer without overdoing it.
