I’ve developed an all-inclusive coaching package that provides the support and services you need to make healthy eating simpler and sustainable:

  • Bi-weekly coaching sessions
  • Convenient, easy-to-use online client platform with a mobile app, electronic food journal, note-sharing, and more
  • Check-ins between bi-weekly sessions
  • Meal planning support
  • Healthy recipes from a database of over 3,000 developed by nutritionists and dieticians
  • Additional resources and referrals as appropriate
  • Optional support services at no charge:
    • Smart shopping trip – we hit the grocery store together to start putting some of what we discuss in our sessions into real world practice
    • Pantry cleanout – together we work through your pantry and fridge, finding chances to substitute healthier options
    • Cooking education – mini cooking demos to get you started and comfortable in the kitchen
