When you work with Well & Simple, you’re not getting a one-size-fits-all diet plan; Well & Simple is your own personal coach and accountability partner and creates a healthy eating strategy tailored to fit your life and your wellness goals.
I don’t work in a session-by-session format because that isn’t an good approach for everyone. Instead, I offer all-inclusive services that include any or all of the following:
- Regular appointments – in-person or virtual (45 -60 minutes)
- Smart shopping trip – we hit the grocery store together to start putting some of what we discuss in our sessions into real world practice
- Pantry cleanout – together we work through your pantry and fridge, finding chances to substitute healthier options
- Cooking education – mini cooking demos to get you started and comfortable in the kitchen
- Follow-ups and check-ins between sessions
- Convenient, easy-to-use client platform with a mobile app, electronic food journal, note-sharing, and more
- Access to me between appointments for additional support or questions
- Meal planning support
- Healthy recipes from a database of over 3,000
- Resources and referrals as appropriate
Depending on your needs, goals, and life, your personalized diet plan will include any number of these services. It’s all tailored to you. We move at your pace and work on tasks and skills you are comfortable with to get you eating and living happier and healthier.
